Costco Optical

Horrible service. I was there to pick up my pre-paid contacts prescription because they called me and told me my order was ready for pick. I waited 45 min to simply be handed contacts, my groceries began to melt. They really need to have someone dedicated to pick ups and the other for purchasing prescriptions.

Very disappointing experience at this Costco optometry location. I went in simply trying to get basic information and was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior. Instead of answering simple questions, staff repeatedly told me I needed an appointment and essentially rushed me out of the office. I wasn’t asking for an exam—just basic information—and the way I was treated felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service matters, especially in a healthcare setting. This experience made me uncomfortable and I won’t be returning.

I have had nothing but the BEST service at this Optical Department in Corona. Everyone that has helped me has been so sweet, kind, thoughtful, and have gone the extra mile to make my family and me happy. One particular person that stands out is Judy. I brought in two pairs of glasses that needed an adjustment on the frame since I accidentally sat on them. Judy spent the extra needed time to get them both to fit perfectly on me. I tried to take them to the Eastvale location prior, and the person there was very short with me and said she couldn't fix them because they were too far gone. Thank you again Corona Optical for your excellent service.

No shock that two of the most recent reviews are about rudeness from the front office girl. Holy cow, don’t think i’ve ever encountered a ruder person meant to be working in the public. Just go somewhere else.

I've been coming to Dr. Lee for over 6 years now at this location though it is wayyyy out of the way for me. The service is always very professional, appointments have always been on time, and the level of care you receive from the team has always been top notch. They're patient with any questions you may have and always give you options to make sure you are comfortable. I'll continue to drive all the way out there and explore new eats as a bonus!
