Overall Costco is a fantastic place to find just about anything, except GLUTEN free baked goods from the bakery. Clean a prep surface, use gluten free flour, use a clean bowl, utensils and pan. You can label the product gluten free with a notice "baked in a facility that contains wheat" it's gluten free because you are using gluten free flour! Try it.

Costco Ukiah makes my busy life so much easier! The store is always clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I love being able to stock up on snacks for my kids, quick dinner options, and even fresh flowers for my home. The gas station is a huge bonus, and I appreciate that they keep the lines moving. It’s one of my go-to spots for both family and real estate needs, whether it’s treats for clients or bulk supplies for events

Poor Customer Interaction.. Low quality Pre packaged salads...I went in today to get a few things among them was a prepackaged salad while inspecting salads A representative came out and asked me to stop flipping them over to inspect the lettuce which I do all the time because i've gotten poor quality and rotten Lettuce over and over again as it "ruins the presentation of the salad " We wouldn't need to inspect it if they did a better job while packaging them.. I've included pictures of what needed to be removed from the package which is usually about half of what is included inside.

It’s unbelievably difficult to get to a checkout lane because the products are blocking it. They open another lane and people rush to it instead of an employee guiding people. It’s literally a free for all here. Then I say I don’t want the reciept and the girl put it on the counter I don’t grab it cause I don’t want to touch it. Then I go to leave and they block me in and try to make me take the receipt I respectfully say I don’t need it and she say yes you do. Then put it in the cart please. All mad because I don’t want to touch a damn receipt and then they say they’re just checking your cart on the way out to make sure they didn’t charge you too much well then get the people checking carts a damn tablet or something and attach photos to receipts. Do something different Costco.

Been a member of costco for a long time executive... Costco, in general, are great, but this one keeps less and less things in stock. It's pitiful, since people drive hours away to get there. In the surrounding area.. The bean counters or accountants have got to stop thinking in terms of just enough to make good money, rather be a service to people that are going there
