This is the worst place for customer service! They make promises they never keep! The Dr. doesn't seem to care as she states she works more at the West Bloomfield location. The office staff is awful and extremely lazy and rude on their phones the whole time I was there for my original exam! It took over 4 months to finalize my prescription. I was told by the Dr. she would work on making sure I liked the multifocal lenses to which the two pair she pulled out of her office stash (not my correct prescription) didn't even have the multi focal on them. Complete waste of my time. I asked several times to be refunded my money! I was told they provided a professional service? NOTHING about this experience was professional! Costco better wake up this department is awful! Will never return for anything related to my eyes or anyone in my household either.....
I spoke with Paige in Optical when I called. This may have been one of the worst interactions I have ever had with a customer service member. It felt like she was trying her best to be unhelpful, condescending and rude. Will not be coming back here.
Very pleased with my experience. Dr. Nguyen was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. She answered my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all during the exam. This was my first time using the optometrist at Costco, and I will be back. I have not yet used the vision center to order glasses, only did the eye exam.
The doctor is really nice at Village Vision care but the people at the front desk are lazy and not helpful at all. One girl said they don't have a SINGLE opening in September when I called to schedule, and less than 10 minutes later someone else calls me and they have openings nearly EVERYDAY. That makes no sense. I have felt this way when I am there in person but the customer service and their ability to help patients is absolutely terrible. Save yourself the trouble and invest your money and service somewhere else.
