Excellent diagnosis and optometric service. -great prices -accurate exams -great help picking frames -perfect progressive lenses -really good quality frames and lenses. Have had last two or three glasses with them. Perfectly happy with them. Also impressed with their retina exam machine. Very high quality.
Went to get new glasses, Katlin waited on me and was more than professional and very helpful in the process of picking new frames. She took her time and was patient . When i picked them i believe Pam the manage helped me adjust and explain the progressive lens . She was also very helpful and patient. Keep up the great service. THANKS for all your help
I just picked up my new glasses from Costco and they are wonderful! The exam was thorough and well explained. They had a decent amount of options and the staff was happy to take my picture so I could see what I looked like with the new glasses. Then the price was a lot less than the last place I went to! Definitely will be back!
My husband loved it. I'm about to go. Prices are very reasonable, spoke to an optician, she was quite friendly and knowledgeable. My father was an optometrist for over 60 years so I'm a bit choosy
I have been skeptical for a while about getting a pair of glasses because of how many issues i have haf with ordering/wearing glasses from other vision centers. I was taken back by the extreme care and treatment from Monique. If you are ever worried about getting a pair of glasses from costco or worried you wont be cared for please stop and consider costcos vision center and ask for Monique, you will not be disappointed.
