This optical store is probably the best in the Toledo area. The doctors are knowledgeable and spend the extra time to explain the procedures and answer any and all questions you may have. The exam uses state of the art testing equipment to make the eye exam as comfortable as possible. The staff are very good at what they do, there is no pressure to buy something you don’t need or want. Pricing is clearly marked on each product so there is no sticker shock at checkout. We have been using this optical store for a few years and highly recommend them for your vision needs.

I have always an exceptional experience at Costco Optical. From the exam by the optometrist, Dr. Cooper, to the choosing of frames and Ken’s crafting, the service really fits my needs.

I just want to share how wonderful of an experience with Costco Optical, from the exam staff, to the Optician and then to top it off the great customer service I got from Barbara at the counter. She was amazing. She helped me so much and saved me a lot of money. Why would anyone do business elsewhere? Thank you Barbara. You are truly an asset at Costco Optical.
