Don't go to the Vision Center and expect to pay cash. They would not set me up a follow up appointment from Cataract surgery that they set up for me to have. Why you might ask. Because I dont have vision insurance. Now they accepted my cash & knew I did not have insurance when they did my eye exam and told me I had to have Cataract surgery. But would not allow me to pay them cash for my surgery follow up appointment. Thankfully the people are much more considerate with their Customer Service at Umpqua Valley. I do not recommend any business that will not accept cash as a way of payment...

After waiting over two months for my eye doctor to get my glasses done properly, I went to Costco. Eight days after my first visit, I got my glasses. THANKS!!! Kudos to Lisa in Roseburg for dealing with a cranky old guy with a mix of professionalism and humor. It was almost worth the wait to deal with people who can do what they are supposed to do.

Absolutely love the service at Costco Vision Center in Roseburg. Their selection of frames is amazing!! The employees are quick and efficient. Thank you Costco.

They have missed up two pair of my glasses made them super thick when I played extra to have them cut thin . And the lady was super rude about it worst customer service ever I'll go somewhere else I do not recommend Costco
