I want to leave a review for the service team and especially Sam who helped me order contact lenses with a prescription from an outside optometrist. He quickly figured out my insurance even though I didn’t have the information on me, and was able to save me over $150 on my contact supply. Many thanks and deep gratitude for the quick and extremely valuable customer service!!!

Horrible customer service. I came in to fix my glasses. She was calling on people who are looking to pick up glasses. I went to the front counter and waited and watched her ignore me completely as if i am invisible. She went and helped out multiple people and at the end to be told there are tickets. I could have gotten a ticket and got my glasses fixed but nooooo I need to ignore the guy that came specifically to the front counter (to ask a question !! ) On another note: Also super overpriced for glasses. 115 for an exam only. You can get 2 pairs glasses and free eye exam for 80 dollars at staton optical. Or for 95 at americas best glasses. You can get glasses on zenni for cheaper price. Don’t waste money here

Dr. Gabel and his team are fantastic. Ive been going to them for years. Dr. G is quick, honest and to the point, his staff friendly, communicative and super supportive when booking appointments/checking in and out. Thanks for everything!

I'm filing a formal complaint against this business. This isn't a doctor's office, it's a sham and a scam. They try to illegally upcharge you for things you didn’t ask for. How many people have overpaid because of this illegal practice? The receptionist is flat out incompetent. She was trying to simultaneously have 3-4 patients going in the same room, zero privacy, she did not assist any of her patients properly, left them to figure out the tests on their own with improper lighting. She asked me 3 or more times if I had my contacts in and I would stare at her and say I'm wearing glasses. She kept asking about contacts. Incapable of listening or paying any attention to anyone. No wonder she tried to illegally overcharge me at the end. Apparently saying I only want glasses was too complicated. Also, asking someone to read one line without further inquiry is not an eye exam. This place is aggressively unethical and fails duty of care. DO NOT GO HERE!
