I have been going to Costco for my glasses and contacts for over 12 years. First, they have insanely good prices on name brand glasses that are very high quality and affordable. Next, the service is great. Dr. Barak is incredibly professional and skilled at what he does. After my eye exam, I spoke with Renee about purchasing a pair of glasses and talking to her made my day. She had an exceptional attitude and was very thorough about measuring my face to get the best fit. It is always a great experience when I go and that is why I will always stay at Costco optical !

Horrible experience/service. Chose Costco because they accepted our vision insurance. We drive from an hour away to choose new frames for myself and our son, only to find out 'the system was down" and couldn't actually purchase them that day. They said call back Monday.... 3 weeks later they still can't "access the system", and we can't buy our glasses, all while my son can't see at school, and every employee that has their hands on this acts like there is nothing they can do. Who is in charge? the answer- nobody. walk away now, whatever discount you think your getting is not worth the hassle/ stress of doing something that is as simple as buying a couple frames of glasses

I was there today. Service was great and prices are amazing. Dr. Barak was very thorough and pleasant. I will definitely be back again.

This is perhaps the best vision center around Robinson area in terms of the Dr. and equipments, plus the convenience of it being right at Costco. My entire family (kids and adults) see Dr.Barak. You can call them for an appointment or just walk in. I recommend making an appointment first. There is even a small kids area for tots and children. As for the vision center itself, which is not related to the eye Dr, (which is maintained by Costco), the directions are not clear for a first time visitor. But it has a great collection (Tiffany etc brands) of brands at great prices. You can find great looking Kirkland glasses for just $40 or under. You may pick a frame first and bring it with you to the counter with your prescription. The staff there is very nice so go to the vision counter and talk to one.

Barak Optometry is certainly the best I've been to, and the Costco vision center complements this service with a good selection of frames at great prices and highly competent staff. It's a great all round package
