Recently got prescription glasses and experience was so good that I also ended up ordering prescription sunglasses. Good variety of options (and suitable for work). The lenses are excellent in quality especially the sunglasses one. The guy at counter is very helpful and does his best to get a laugh out of you. They do accept insurance for first frame.
Terrible eye doctor, I refused getting eyes dilated & bifocals. She gave me lecture about 50 year olds never accepting change. She gave my husband the same exam & he wasn’t lectured at all. She diagnosed me with glaucoma. I went back to my eye doctor of 33 years, they assured me I didn’t have glaucoma. Grocery store eye doctors, are worth skipping.
We were regulars of Costco optical. Dau was helping us and he was always trying his best, our whole family bought our glasses from there. Today we went to buy glasses again, manager Britney did not even try to look for my husbands size. She carelessly said we dont have it even without checking. She was helping to other customer who came after us. Customer service is very important, I hope Costco Pearland management will care for what customer thinks.
I’ve been getting my glasses for four years now and they still do great work. They have the best prices and they take their time with you on choosing the right frames. Plus they have free adjustments. Highly recommended.
Went here to get eye exam the tech ( a younger light skin girl with LONG braids , acrylic nails and a lot of dangle jewelry was rude as hell. She was very impatient and she was rude to the lady who is a receptionist there. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. But the tech oh no no no she needs to be fired immediately. She had an attitude the whole time, she gave no welcome she just said alright sit in the chair. It seemed like she was aggravated with doing HER job she signed up for. I don’t think people like this should be in the medical field. I’m a very joyful person who is full of like and always looking at the positives in life but after going here my day was ruined because of the horrible service
