Very disappointing experience did my eye exam and glasses at new prospoer branch they ended up putting wrong prescription on new glasses ended up blind. So I returned it in the Eldorado branch they apologized made new ones which turned out to be worse. It turned out to be the Prosper branch doctor messed it up. Never again with costco don't go there

This is a review for buying glasses not for eye exam Karen, the new manager of this optical center is excellent! she checked my insurance, walked me through all my coverages, and was very patient as I made my selection. After the glasses were ready, she had my son try on the new pair and made adjustments to make sure it fit really well. He is overjoyed with his new pair and we are very satisfied customers, Thanks Karen!

Was told to wait outside because we had a kid with us. apparently it’s “patient only.” Bad policy, bad experience. Definitely needs to be reconsidered.
