Costco Optical

I needed to go to costco today and it was my normal experience until I was leaving. I stopped at the membership desk for a quick question only to realize I was not maximizing my membership at all. Kris went above and beyond and answered all my questions but then upgraded me to an executive membership and I was super thankful as i had no idea the benefits i was missing out on! thank you Kris!

I find this Costco in Logan, Utah to be quite excellent. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and possess a wealth of knowledge. Compared to other Costco locations I have visited, this one is larger and experiences less congestion. Navigating the store is simple and convenient, and even on weekends, crowds are typically manageable. The weekdays offer an even more relaxed atmosphere with minimal foot traffic.

Pretty much always on their game. It's clean but they have troubles keeping things stocked. They move stuff constantly and to pay to shop and have to deal with block aisles or climbing over stuff during the hours I can shop is not acceptable. Do that stuff after hours. It's Costco, so your mileage may vary when it comes to price/quantity versus local competitors. Quality is exceptionally high on most things. It's small, at least compared to other Utah locations, but we're grateful to have it in Cache Valley.

We are so happy that Costco came to Logan! The staff and management are nice and extremely helpful. This store is exceptionally clean and there are always friendly faces to greet you as you visit! Its a Costco, and a very decent one at that. Staff are friendly, it’s never crazy busy, and it’s always exceptionally clean. It’s on the smaller side, and often we are late to get limited items (if at all), and that’s the only knock I have on this location. And maybe while I’m complaining I’ll say it feels like this store changes layouts/locations much more often than other Costco’s I’ve been to. Nonetheless, solid addition to the valley and worth the membership!
