Jesus went above and beyond today to help me with a prescription problem I was having with my eye glasses. He listened to my problem, had a thoughtful answer, cleaned and adjusted my glasses before I left. Happy with my visit and hope Jesus stays there for a long time. Thank you.

27 Feb 2023 - 5 Stars I ordered my 3rd set of lenses from Costco. They came in today, a little ahead of scedule. The price is wonderful, but the customer service has been OUTSTANDING each time.i have gone to the counter over the years, including getting frame adjustments. I recommend them highly. Will continue to get my prescription filled here.
Took my 17 y/o son in to get an eye exam and glasses. Dr. McMullin did a great job with the usual eye exam. But I was really impressed with him talking directly to my son. Very few doctors will do this. They either talk to their clip board or to me, when my son is the patient. Even when I asked a question, and he relayed the information to my son. Very well done - very impressed by this!
We stood at the counter for at least 10 min with any acknowledgement from your 2 employees. Jesus made i contact with us but never once did he say we will be with you shortly. That is ths least he could have done! Jesus and possible other team members need to be taught commom manners
