No issues once so ever. Found a frame, gave my script and the savings was incredible. Great staff

Absolutely unhelpful people. Syndey and Casey used every excuse they could come up with to not fill my contact lens prescription. First they said that they didn't have the brand I was prescribed, only an equivalent. Then I said okay, what is the equivalent so I can have my optometrist put that on the paper. They said that they knew what the equivalent was, but refused to tell me. Then I went to the eye doctor, got the prescription fixed, and they said the printout was too blurry to read even though it was perfectly clear. I had a pdf copy but they said I needed to have the eye doctor fax over a copy. Neither of them showed any ability to think for themselves or find a practical solution to the problem. They just wanted to find a way to get me out of the store. Mission accomplished! If they worked for me, they'd be clearing out their desks.

Switched opticians for the first time in a while & they identified problems that were not brought to my attention here. I suggest elsewhere

I can’t say enough, I was greeted as soon as I got close to the counter. So very pleasant. These girls are knowledgeable professionals, especially Cindy W. I received a high level of care & assistance in finding my frames. I am elated on how she is always smiling & is so friendly. Thank You Again Cindy!
