Super disappointed with the wait time. Came as a walk in and they told me 15 minutes. Waited over an hour and they told me it would be another 30 min. Just left, wish they would have been honest from the beginning

I had a fantastic experience at Costco Optical, thanks to Sonia! She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and went out of her way to assist me with picking the perfect glasses. She also took the extra time to ensure my insurance authorization was handled smoothly. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Excellent Experience Highly Recommend Dr.Julie Kim is the best. Hands down. Dr. Doll is lucky to have her on his staff.... and Costco to have her serve its customers. She's professional, highly knowledgeable, skilled, inquisitive when it comes to her patients' care by asking questions, and actively listening, to understand and know her patients' needs and current situation(s). Dr. Kim is extremely patient, direct (in a nice way), keeps the visit simple and productive. She goes above and beyond when serving and putting the patient first; She's likes what she does and it shows. Bravo! Great experience, I'll be back. Janyne Truong is an excellent and up and coming OD. Her desire to serve all her clients, shows. She filled my prescription perfectly - asking what is wanted, how I wanted the RX filled, shared pros and cons, and made recommendations based on benefiting me and my needs vs "paying for what you don't need, don't really need, doesn't apply." When i came in to pick up the RX she patiently fitted the frames to me and my crooked head!! Made sure my RX was sharp, explained the process if I had any issues with the RX or frames. Her interest in pursuing this profession shows via her positive, determined and energetic demeanor. Excellent customer service. Great experience, I'll be back.

Best kept secret!!! I went here earlier this year and got two great pair of glasses, regular and sunglasses. It was quick and easy. I had my prescription with my and bought a really REALLY nice pair of designer glasses! You would never know it came from Costco! Bvlgari! Then my car got stolen and of course my new glasses were in there! I went back and the manager was not very sympathetic to my sob story-i when showed her the police report…whatever! But Jenna, the customer rep was SOOO sweet! She tried to give me the best replacement deal she could. And then looked up every Costco that still had my frames and had it shipped. This is what superior customer service looks like! Thank you Jenna! You are my silver lining in all this!!! Just picked up my glasses and she happen to be working. Remembered me and immediately came over to give me my glasses and made sure they fit properly and asked how I was doing! Seriously, best customer service ever! Go here! Find Jenna!
