Super disappointed with the wait time. Came as a walk in and they told me 15 minutes. Waited over an hour and they told me it would be another 30 min. Just left, wish they would have been honest from the beginning
Though inexpensive for glasses and lens, they will only replace lens on costco glasses, and they have to be with in 2 years. So you would have to get new glasses every 2 years.
I had a fantastic experience at Costco Optical, thanks to Sonia! She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and went out of her way to assist me with picking the perfect glasses. She also took the extra time to ensure my insurance authorization was handled smoothly. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
