My glasses from here broke within a year of getting them. I was just taking them off at bedtime & they just fell apart! I spent a small fortune on cheap glasses & they wouldn’t do anything. They said I had to pay for new ones!! (AGAIN!!) Not buying them here!!! Went to another place & they looked at them & said the lenses were warped & very cheap quality. Would not recommend buying glasses here! 😡

The waited 45 min just to pick up my glasses. The numbering system is not working. Their system is also outdated, so many manual entries and unclear procedures. So not all can attend to the customers needs. I was there just to pick up but had to wait for many with full exams and purchases. Texting system or something similar would be nice and separate the cashiers and eye wear purchases.

The number system is not working. We needed something very quick - to pick up a pair of glasses we already paid for - and we had to take a number and wait behind people getting full eye exams. There were not enough employees and things moved super slowly. We got all our groceries and they had only progressed one number! They should have a different system for pickups. Or just given me the glasses in the time it took her to explain their ticket system.

Julia was very quick and helpful both times we came in.. We got our new glasses and frames in and adjusted very good and quickly no 3+hr wait but take a number when you come in they got the number system now so should be quicker.

I CAN SEE! I recently bought new glasses and a man by the name of Dave helped me adjust them. He was incredibly kind and knew exactly what he was doing. This man deserves a raise! He did everything that was required and more, 100% recommend.
