The Optometrist (Dr. Trang) and his assistants were kind and supportive during the exams. One of us has difficulty following instructions, but thanks to the support of the staff he was able to complete the examination. Dr. Trang discussed in detail the findings and referred us to an ophthalmologist to address an issue. We were seen on time and all our questions were answered with kindness and understanding. Once we had the prescription, the selection of glasses was nice and the prices were reasonable.

Very good but gone! Good luck to a classy lady in her new endeavor and hope the new doctor is as aces as she was!

Terrible experience with the associated here, first, they were just idling around with multiple customers waiting. We had to get their attention after waiting several minutes with them literally just idling. This was my interaction after waiting. I wanted to see glasses that are in the case that I can’t access “Hi, I’m looking for something with frame width wider than 142mm or so, xl” - we don’t know those numbers. You must be talking about temple length. I need the lens size. “Ok, can you show me ones with lens width 54-56 and nose 22?” - I can’t see those numbers you have to look yourself “Ok, how about temple length, around 145” - I can’t see those “I can’t either since they’re on the side of the arms and in the case” -associate was silent “Can you show me large frames then?” -uh A complete waster of time

Holly is amazing! I am so grateful and appreciative of the service and care that she gave to us. After my eye doctor approved an entire year's worth of contacts that shouldn't have been approved, she did everything to help us make the return and order the proper lenses. We called her last week to explain our situation, and she still remembered my husband's name when we came in to see her today. It is rare that we ever encounter someone who is so willing to be understanding and caring and give help to people. I cannot say enough how absolutely wonderful and easy Holly made this experience. Because of her alone, we are glad we made the switch from Vision Source Rio to Costco Optical. Thank you, Holly!!

I tried to reschedule my appointment. I was talked to like I was stupid and got hung up on. I got recommended to come to dr Ls office from my mom as she’s gone for years. The lady I spoke to regarding my appointment let me know that that doctor would no longer be there after the date I requested. I asked if there was another doctor coming in and she said no, in which I replied thats weird. Before I can even ask about other options she hung up on me. Very rude and discouraging. I have worked in customer service for almost 10 years and that was absolutely ridiculous.
