Note: I’ve been a member for several years so my opinion is probably bias. This location has friendly staff clean exterior full shells delicious variety of food ample parking. The gas station doesn’t seem to get too busy however I feel like this has been built a little bit in a newer retail section so I think it just might get busier overtime I’m writing this review August 2026 but was here when it was first opened.

This Costco is always busy, which is exactly what you’d expect from such a popular store. Despite the crowds, the associates and staff are consistently friendly, professional, and hardworking. Whenever I need assistance, there is always someone available and willing to help, including management. Costco has always been one of my favorite places to shop. The quality of their products is outstanding, their prices provide great value, and their customer service is second to none. It’s clear that the team works hard to keep the store running smoothly, even during the busiest times. Highly recommended!

This rating is especially for the lifter driver. He clearly has a problem. While the lifter has some sound to warn people to pay attention, which is very reasonable, the driver always pushes the horn like Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep Beep. I feel the driver pushes it for fun instead of for safety, since he always drives the lifter so fast, no matter whether there are people on he's way or not. When there are some people nearby, I have seen at least twice that the lifter almost hit someone. One time is an adult, and the other time is a kid. And I am glad they were not hit. There is also another guy who helps him to clear the way, but again the driver always blows the horn that way. Everytime I come to this place on weekends, I hear it. I have been to many Costcos. None of them has someone do things like that. So, I think I had to post it for this person. However, other employees are doing a great job so far. To be fair, I give two stars. FYI, the gas station has many rude customers. They also like to push horn right after they see you start your vehicle after you finish it. They don't care if you have someone in front of you. They just blow the horn. Also, you would have someone get into the gas station from the exit. They just don't care.

Do better Costco! I bought this on the 21st and it started molding the very next day! Now I can’t trust the bakery items anymore.

Miguel P. is an outstanding employee who truly went above and beyond for me. I came into Costco the Richmond Texas store with my husband, who was pushing our cart, while I was trying to maneuver myself in a wheelchair. Miguel noticed that I was struggling and kindly mentioned that the store has motorized shopping carts available. I explained that I was nervous about using one because I am unable to walk on my leg right now, and I was afraid the battery might die while I was shopping. Without hesitation, Miguel stopped what he was doing and said, “I’ll go get you one with a full battery so you won’t have to worry.” All I can say is WOW! Costco, you have a truly special employee in Miguel. His kindness, compassion, initiative, and willingness to go out of his way to help a customer made such a difference to me. He didn’t have to stop what he was doing to help, but he saw someone struggling and immediately stepped in. Employees like Miguel are what make a good company great. Please recognize him for going above and beyond. I am incredibly grateful for his kind heart and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Miguel!
