Ever person from the appointment scheduling, to when you first walk in the door are amazing! I have seen both Dr.s and they are very informative and down to earth. The process for insurance is flawless. I'm a long time patient and would never change. Even my Mom loves all !
After suffering an eye injury just before the Fourth of July holiday, I was incredibly relieved when Insight Eye Care was able to fit me in the very same day I called. I had been hit in the eye the day before and was understandably worried, but from the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The entire staff was warm, efficient, and reassuring, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. The doctor took the time to thoroughly examine my eye, clearly explain my injury, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect during recovery. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received. It is rare to find a medical practice that combines prompt scheduling, exceptional professionalism, and heartfelt compassion so well. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at Insight Eye Care for their outstanding care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a practice that truly puts its patients first.
Just moved to the area and visited Insight for an initial appt for myself and my son. Was so impressed. The Dr took his time explaining things and made sure we felt totally comfortable with the current health of our eyes and our new prescriptions. I wasn't pressured to purchase glasses in store which can make an eye appt very awkward. Would definitely recommend!
I highly recommend this office! My daughter needed to be seen urgently and from the very first phone call I made requesting an appointment, they saw her within a few hours and she wasn't even an established patient. I will be switching our care and optical needs to this office for our family moving forward. If you need an eye doctor, this is definitely the office to establish with!!!!
I have been going to Dr. Jason MacLaughlin for 25 years or more. He diagnosed me with keratoconus when many other doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my vision. thanks to him my vision has never been better! He is always professional, extremely knowledgeable, & always takes time to listen to all my concerns. My teenage son also switched to Dr. Jason he had such a great experience he felt comfortable from the start. The Optometrists were extremely helpful and supportive guiding him to pick out his glasses then patiently teaching him how to wear and care for his contacts. We are always so grateful for the care expertise and kindness we receive from his entire team!
