All the staff look happy to be working there and create a welcoming shop. Happy receptionist. Fast turn around on orders. Lots of different brands. We got to look around at frames without staff hovering, and yet they were quick to give helped when asked for. Puts the big chains to shame.
I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now, and the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Todd is great, always answers questions and never rushes you out.
I had the best customer service experience ever! Everyone is so friendly and supportive there. They were genuinely happy that I was happy. The exam was thorough and the prescription is great. I bought two pairs of glasses. One is prescription sunglasses and they were equally awesome when I came back to get a progressive put in. (Learned single vision just not good all around for me) Did I mention quick? My glasses were ready in a days! I also stepped out of my comfort zone and thanks to Will I got a completely different kind of frame and I love them. If you need glasses go see them. They have wildly changed their ethics over the years. I have been going for over 20 years and just paid over 200+ for just frames. When I assumed I was picking up my whole prescription. I asked the lady at the counter why I don’t have new lenses. And she then asked “why didnt the doctor order you new lenses?” To which I responded “ I don’t know. I came in routine as usual and asked for everything as I always do.” And then they stare at me like a dead fish open mouth asking for more of my money to get new lenses. I don’t know where they went wrong but AVOID at all costs. They do not care about you just your money
I've been a customer here for over 15 years and have always been more than happy with the friendly, helpful service. I can always count on them to help no matter what I need. When my son was little he would lose or break his glasses on a regular basis. Council Opticians in Hamburg was able to replace the glasses under warranty, and provide a second pair at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. They have a great selection of beautiful frames too.
