I keep calling the office and get their voice mail each time. This has been going on since Friday. I leave voice mails but no one calls me back. I live in Killeen but I always gone to this clinic, I wonder if they're not shut down. I'm not driving out to cove just to find out. So a forewarning to everyone, this location may be closed permanently as there is no way to contact them.

It was quite difficult for me to understand the doctor, related to both his accent and how quickly he was speaking. The exam room was very hot. Even the doctor commented on it and left the door open to get airflow. He also recommended that I turn my children's car seats forward facing from rear facing, even though they are 1.5 years and 7 weeks old.... which is incredibly unsafe and against the law and said if I got pulled over to tell them “he said so”. I just found that to be inappropriate.
I made a appointment with the Copperas Cove Texas office. The next day I got a missed phone call saying they had to reschedule my appointment. I was able to call back within a half an hour to speak to a young lady named Ashley. Was unable to get anyone on the phone it directed me to a automated system. According to their AI my current appointment was still active. I tried several times throughout the day to contact somebody in the Copperas Cove Texas office and speak with them. It went directly to voicemail. Does this business even exist?
I went in to get an eye exam. When the doctor finished he told me it would not help me to fill a new prescription because my cataracts are bad. I was referred to Temple Vision where I was given options the only helpful one was get the surgery. I did just that. Once doctor there did an eye exam and gave me a new prescription. I went back to Cove Vision and again they were so friendly and caring. The tect helped me get new frames and went through the different types of lenses. I felt right at home. Now I wait for my new glasses to help me see better especially close up. Thank you Cove Vision.
First time here. Every body was very friendly and helpful. Quick in and and proceeder.
