Dr Bluemlein at Coventry Eye is the best. He takes his time and listens to his patients. Ashley at the front desk is very courteous and kind and is very helpful. David the eye technician, is also great and professional. At check out, Amy was awesome too. Very personable. The entire Staff made my visit calm and welcomed. I highly recommend Coventry Eye.
Wonderful staff. Happy to help you with any questions you have. Great selection of frames. They also do my safety glasses for work. Takes us almost an hour to get to their office but well worth the trip. We have been going for years. Highly recommend Coventry.
Dr. Rodriguez gave me the best eye exam I've ever had. He is thorough, personable and very experienced. Latest equipment. I cant tell you how good he is..
Don’t come here unless you want to be constantly pressured into making another appointment. Also, if you already have frames from another place and just need new lenses, be prepared to hand over your glasses for up to TWO WEEKS while they expect you to function with an old prescription or no glasses at all. When I explained that wasn’t realistic for me, their solution was to try and sell me brand new frames instead. If I had known that beforehand, I would’ve skipped the headache and just kept going to Walmart. My appointment was at 5:30 PM. It’s now 7:30 PM, and I’m just leaving after only getting an exam done. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here, and I’m beyond frustrated.
My wife and I have been going to Coventry eye care for two years now and love the friendliness of the staff and the expertise of the doctors. It’s always a pleasant experience and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist
