Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Amanda was thorough and friendly. My visit was the very best I’ve ever had at an eye doctor. I was made to feel right at home with great family feel. Cox family eye care will be my eye specialists from now on.
Dr. C. Cox is great. He explains everything to you, he is very patient and understanding. He has a great sense of humor. He is THE BEST eye doctor, around. If you're in need of a eye exam - call their office. I, personally, have not seen Dr. Amanda Cox - but I've heard only POSITIVE kuddos about her. This office also has Dr. Hayden - the cataract surgeon .. and he is fabulous, as well. So, in a nut shell, this office is a ibe-stop-shop for your eye ball(s) health. Fantastic staff, that never forgot your goofy qualities and always are smiling and ready to help you. They have a great variety of glasses and they also can fix your glasses, right there in the office. Call and go book your appointment ... I love Cox Family Eye Care. I had an eye injury and they were able to see me the same day I called. Dr. Amanda was wonderful and was able to get me started on the healing process. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. I would give more stars but google only allows 5.
The best exam I have ever had in my nearly 74 years. Thorough, well explained exam. They used equipment that was patient friendly and like none I had never seen before. Pretty much everyone there were products of Posey and Gibson County. I knew some of their parents and grandparents and where they had lived. Seemed almost like family.
Exceptional service! This is my first experience with Cox Family Eye Care. What an awesome group of people! The staff welcomes you in with kindness, and the facilities are excellent. Then, Dr. Cox - wow. Everything he does, he does with excellence. He is so considerate and respectful. He doesn’t pressure you into anything, he explains options, and gives you the ‘why behind the what’ so you can do what works best. I’m very impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend Cox Family Eye Care to everyone!
