The gentleman at the front desk here is a gem! He fixed a pair of glasses for me that were broken and seated the nose pieces for 2 sets of glasses free of charge! We would gladly have paid something, but I will tell you that my husband and I will be back to get full sets of glasses due to the amazing customer service received at Creative Eyewear.
Great people with fast, reliable service that are not just simply trying to make a buck off of you. They fixed my glasses when every other place insisted that there was nothing to be done other than starting all over with an examination and new frames and lenses. I will definitely pay them back with any future eyeglass purchases.
Absolutely fantastic service, we were driving through and I broke my frames, these guys had a huge selection, were able to make my current lenses fit and I was in and out in no time at all. Best service ever. Wish these folks were closer to my home!!!
These guys were fantastic! They only do glasses. No eye exams. They are very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and proficient! Walked in and had my glasses repaired in less than 10 minutes. I received a bit of education about my glasses and am now better equipped on how to handle these fragile expensive frames.
Been using them for 7 years now and there is no comparison between this home-grown company and the franchise places. Great service on repairs and knowledgeable staff! Just ordered another set of lens for both sets of glasses...
