We have been buying our glasses from Rick for many years. We have found his prices to be fair and far less than the optical group through our insurance. . He is very honest about what looks good and I appreciate that so much. We have referred several people to Rick and they all come away happy with their glasses and the service.
I just bought some glasses from Rick and they are the best glasses I have ever had. He picked up a set of frames that were a very lightweight plastic ( I’ve always had metal frames in the past) that are extremely comfortable and very attractive . I’m doing extended bicycle touring and they work great. Also it is my first set of bifocals and he did a great job explaining how they work. Thanks,Rick!
Amazing experience at this place. Earlier in the day I took my glasses to another repair shop and they were very nice there but told me it would take 2 days and cost 45 dollars to fix my frame. I couldn't be without my glasses that long since I do mainly computer work. It would ruin my eyes. So I decided to just keep the glasses and get an eye exam for new glasses and keep my taped up glasses until my new ones came. At the eye exam they referred me to Crown Optical so I checked it out. They fixed my glasses in 10 minutes for 10 dollars! Exceptional work and the man and woman that work there are very nice. All in all a great experience and I would recommend them easily over any other place in town.

These folks have amazing, old fasion, caring customer service. They are very attentive, have a great selection and are generally and genuinely super nice people. I've gotten two frames and lenses. Trying to get VSP to agree to my new perscription as they don't have doctor onsite and are out of network. : (
