I made an appointment at this location and arrived at 1:20 PM for my 1:20PM scheduled appointment. Despite arriving on time, I was told I would have to reschedule because there was no grace period. I wasn’t late—I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. To make matters more frustrating, it was storming outside, which made getting into the office more difficult. I also later realized the optometrist Ashley Hemphill had walked right past me about two minutes before my appointment. Had I known that was the doctor, I would have checked in with them immediately. Instead, I was never given the opportunity and was told to reschedule. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility and communication, especially since I arrived on time for my appointment.
