Crown Vision Center - St. Ann

Very pleased with the glasses I received today. The frames are just right, as well as the lenses. I stepped away last year and tried a different provider, and the quality wasn't the same. I highly recommend Crown Vision.

Friendly staff. Professional. We came here for my daughter eye exam. It went very well. They were patient with her. I myself like the eye glasses collection so I'm considering getting my eye exam here as well.

I switched to this location after a bad experience at a different location. I got a much friendlier experience here. The staff were very kind and professional. The ophthalmologist was thorough and did a good job explaining my options.

Dr. Mark Wade used to teach, and you can tell in the way he thoroughly explains the pictures of your eye to you, in a way you can understand, and he's patient with children. All of the office staff were really nice as well. The only thing I would change is that the rows of glasses are locked, and you have to keep asking the staff to get up from helping other customers to unlock the row you want to try on. Although it was inconvenient for everyone, my family and I had a great experience.

My mother and I both needed eye exams that we were overdue for. We have a crazy schedule and were able to get in next day! The staff was very professional, friendly, and made the process quick and painless. As for the Dr. He was wonderful and had a great bedside manner so to speak. We will continue to use their location even though we have ones closer to us. 11 out of 10 highly recommend!
