Been going there for years, but, no more. I went for my routine visit and to get more contacts. After using the contacts I was having trouble seeing. Told to go see an ophthalmologist, twice, which was not easy to get an appointment. After finding one, I was told i needed to go back to C.V. and see my doctor and get a referral. C.V. never mentioned that. He couldn't figure out why I was having trouble. I did mention my prescription while I was there. He changed one. After going to the ophthalmologist and hearing what they said my prescription should be, I contacted C.V. and asked them what they had listed. Turns out, they gave me the wrong contacts. They were willing to give me a trial pair of "the right ones". My husband picked them up and we were both thrilled that I would see good again. Turns out, one case was totally empty(not kidding) and the other one was blurry. I called the next morning and talked to Delisa. After looking at the two they gave me, we realized they gave me the wrong ones AGAIN. They were giving me negatives instead of positives. This was a 2 1/2 month process and I couldn't see right. I also have a problem with a doctor taking phone calls while he's with a patient. That happened a few times. Plus, they always seem to have new staff that don't know what they're doing. So No, I will not go back there.
