My healthy 79-year-old mother went to this doctor for an eye examination. Although she could see well, the doctor repeatedly pressured her to undergo cataract surgery. She declined because she was not comfortable proceeding and had concerns based on the experiences of people she knows. After my mother refused the surgery several times, the doctor reported her to the DMV. As a result, she now has to undergo a thorough evaluation of her health and vision, causing her significant stress and inconvenience. We are extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. Patients should receive honest information about treatment options and have their decisions respected without repeated pressure. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this doctor.

I have been a patient here for quite some time. While the doctors may be knowledgeable, the overall experience has become disappointing. Wait times are often very long, even with appointments scheduled. During one visit, a technician taking images of my eye spoke to me in a very loud and aggressive manner, which felt more like harassment than professional instruction. More recently, I went to obtain my medical history records and paid $46 to have the files transferred to my USB drive. The staff member assisting me asked me to sign on the pad, then tried to print a receipt, but it came out blank. She said she could text it to me instead and opened the screen to enter my phone number. Since I was closer to the pad, I started entering the number myself, and she abruptly moved my hand away by hitting it. I was honestly surprised by the behavior. After multiple uncomfortable interactions, I no longer feel respected as a patient and do not plan to return.

Yes it is a long wait time because all his assistants do a lot of tests on your eyes before you see him Idon't think you could find a better eye surgeon the wife had cataract surgery in both eyes now the right eye went from 20/400 to 20/100 she had the left eye done this morning we will go back and see him at 5:30 today The wife was having a problem with her left eye last night I called the doctor at 9:30 and he talked to me on the phone to tell me what I should do to make her I feel better if that's not a great doctor I don't know what is !

PLS DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!I I have an appointment at 3pm and I waited for almost 3hours to meet the doctor and now its still not done. This place is RIDICULOUS! UNORGANIZING! UNPROFESSIONAL! they made me walking back and forth just to get checked and still NOT DONE Never I have ever experienced this in my life. They called out my name for more than 3 times and I still not meet the doctor YET WAITING FOR ALMOST 3hrs for this is DRIVING ME CRAZY ONCE AGAIN. DO. NOT. GO. HERE!!!!!!!!!

when I read these reviews, I partially believe but when i came there, all of those bad reviews are so true. In real life its worse than in those reviews, including the threats to DMV. The service was so terrible including the billing. Please do not believe in some of good reviews. There are more doctors out there with more knowledge than this doctor, spend more time to explain and answer all of your questions.
