I am a new patient to Dalton Family eye care and I couldn’t be happier! I was able to get an appointment fast, which was perfect because I had broken my glasses and was stuck wearing an old pair of contacts due to my very poor vision. CrystalAnn was so helpful and understanding of my situation when doing all of the pre-tests and so very kind and reassuring. I didn’t wait more than a minute or so and Dr Kuck came in to do my eye exam. He thoroughly explained the exam and retinal imaging and very efficiently got my contact and glasses prescriptions calculated quickly. The best part is that he was able to change the contacts I had been wearing to ones that they had trial pairs for! This is not a big deal for most people but for those with extreme myopia or astigmatism, well we are never able to just “order off the shelf” so to speak…everything has to be special ordered. So the fact that Dr Kuck was able to hand me a pair of trial lenses off the shelf and I could see well with them, very well, was miraculous to me and a first for me ever! I’ll wrap up this very long review by saying I also had a wonderful experience with the optician, Catherine. She very patiently showed me many styles and helped me find not only the best frame shape for my face but one that would also accommodate my high index progressive lenses. I can’t wait to get my new glasses and my contacts have already arrived and are perfect! I had a wonderful experience with the whole team here and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

My wife and I had a great experience, all the staff were very friendly from the lady that did my initial evaluation (sorry didn't get her name) to Dr April and Katherine. The facility is brand new and so nice and modern. I was able to find some nice frames and they were very reasonably priced with my insurance.
Dr. April was wonderful. She was very thorough. Catherine, my Optician was AMAZING. I had to get progressive bi-focals for the first time and she assisted me graciously with the entire process. Her personality and professionalism are fantastic!
I had the best check up and service through Dr. Dalton‘s office using Dr. Cook that I have ever had and I’ve been seeing eye doctors since I was four. The doctor was great. He was very thorough very professional. I felt good when I left his office. The optician could not have been better. She knew what she was doing. She was great at helping me pick out a frames. The prices were Very reasonable. . I was so pleased with the front desk administrators, and how friendly everyone was that I actually took donuts back for them to enjoy a couple of days later just to say thank you for making it an experience that was comfortable. I couldn’t have received Better service, And left feeling like I’ve made new friends. Thank you so much all of you at Dr. Dalton’s office.
I had an appointment for a routine eye exam last September. Everything went well and I had a good experience with all employees. When I came back to pick up my eye glasses, I couldn’t see out of them. Something just wasn’t right. I was told to try them for a week or so while my eyes adjusted and I thought, okay that’s fair. Unfortunately my eyes never adjusted, so I went back. I had another eye exam and my lenses were indeed incorrect. The doctor was very helpful and apologetic. I was told the lenses would be corrected at no charge. I was very appreciative for the correction but unfortunately, still could not see out of my glasses when I went to pick them up for the second time. Life got busy but after months of not being able to wear glasses I paid for, I decided to go back and see a different eye doctor fully willing to pay what it cost to fix this issue. I specifically requested Dr. Dalton. I got a call this week that my appointment was cancelled due to personal matters. No problem. I asked when can I reschedule to see Dr. Dalton. I was told they didn’t know when he would be back. When I went to tell the girl on the phone to take me off until he comes back, she hung up on me. I initially had a good experience with this practice, but now am just left feeling hopeless and confused and very let down. I am in no way trying to bash this company, just simply sharing my own personal experience. I paid about 300.00 for eyeglasses that I cannot wear. Very disappointing.
