Dang Eyecare OD Next To Eyemart Express

Took my mother to get an eye exam after convincing her to. We're new to the area and I used to work at optometry offices for many years. Arrived and staff was ok. Not smiling and just kind of there and not very friendly. Moved to the eye exam room and Dr was kind of ok too. He kept yawning (not even discreetly yawning but full on opening of the mouth) which I thought was unprofessional. Room felt grimey and just not clean. The Dr got my mom in and out very quickly. Overall mediocre experience but wouldn't recommend it to friends unless you can't find available doctors elsewhere.

What a huge relief to finally have a wonderful eye care facility to go to. Dr Banks was very pleasant and thorough with his testing and explained everything in terms I could understand. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to go. Very professional, clean, modern. Dr is very knowledgeable, friendly, & just an all around nice guy. Staff is nice too. Great place to get your annual eye exam. Right next to eyemart so it you need glasses fast, get your eye doctor checkup here/ annual eye exam & go from there…fast!

My visit today was disappointing. As a new patient who hadn’t been to the eye doctor in years, I expected basic professionalism and courtesy, but that wasn’t the case. No one smiled or was welcoming at the front desk, and I was given paperwork that had already been filled out by another patient. I had to point this out and request a new form, which raised concerns about organization and attention to detail. Overall, the office felt cold and uninviting. From the front desk to the doctor, I felt like an inconvenience to their day. I encourage the office to reassess its customer service so future patients can have a more positive experience.

Staff was kind and courteous, facility was clean and well kept. Doctor was kind with great bedside manner. Eye exam was quick and efficient. Very happy with my experience!
