Dr. Whang is such a friendly, professional, respectful and caring doctor, who takes the time to explain everything to his patients step by step, even if he has to draw it on paper. The eye exams are not rushed and you can ask questions as he does the different exams. You are made to feel so relaxed. The front staff was great. I had no issues with them also. Check In was fast and I also felt welcome. I hope this sort of service continues as this is what will keep me and others coming back. I would definitely recommend Dr. Whang to anyone!

We had such a wonderful experience with this office. Dr. Whang was incredibly kind, patient, and professional with my daughter. From the moment we walked in, he made her feel comfortable and truly listened. In the past, we’ve been to other eye doctors where my daughter felt judged and assumptions were made about excessive screen time before even getting the full picture. This experience was completely different. Dr. Whang approached everything with understanding and without judgment, which meant so much to me as a mother. The optometrist is friendly, thoroughly explains what he's doing, answers questions and makes sure his answers are understood to the patients satisfaction. His staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about their products and services.
