The whole Staff is so friendly and helpful! Dr. Kim really went above and beyond to explain to me what the tests were looking for and what my results meant. She laid out clearly what I needed to do to correct the issues with my vision. She made sure that I knew that any questions I had, she would gladly answer. Next, the young ladies who helped me with selection of my Eyewear were very knowledgeable about exactly what my insurance allowed. They guided me through selection of frames and the different choices I had in len options. My experience at The Danville Eye Center was very positive.

Good place, friendly staff. But expensive and pushy. Needed only contact prescription but was told would need the full work up and everything to include glasses prescription and fitting of contacts. Even though I would not be purchasing the contacts through them I found them cheaper elsewhere. I did not agree that I needed all those extra things and went elsewhere to get just my contact prescription. Overall they have done great with my wife and son, we just dont dive into the extra things they push.

I went in today and the front staff wasnt very friendly at all. They really seem like they hate thier job. The snobby rudeness was definitely uncalled for. I understand everyone has bad days but when your the face of the company and your the first people you see walking in even on your worse day you smile and greed the costumer with kindness. Neither worker up front showed any kindness today. I just hope thier day gets better and no other costumer has to be greeded with rudness today. This isnt the first time I have delt with them and every time they have been rude and snobby. If I could find a different place in Danville I would definitely take my business else where. Kindness goes along way even when your having a bad day. I over heard a few other costumers talking about thier attitudes as well. This is the first time I left a review but not the first time I was greeded like this by the same workers. Maybe a course on how to properly and kindly greed costumers should be in order.

I’ve been a patient at the Danville Eye Center for several months. Today I arrived within their 15 minute grace period but waited in line for several minutes while multiple patients were seen. After waiting for so long, I was now “past” their 15 minute grace period. The practice refused to see me! I’m so very disappointed that their front desk staff isn’t better trained. If someone has been standing in line for several minutes, their receptionists should take note and give their patients a little “GRACE”!

Got new glasses, bifocal were blurry. Went back in 2 weeks and had vision redone. Dr. Said they would do bifocal with the line. Noone called to tell me they were there and when I went to pick up was given the same pair with no bifocal. This tells me they did not send them to have the line put back on. Update: I have changed my review to 5 stars, because the Danville Office Manager (Misty Campbell) Immediately contacted me to help resolve this issue. She was very professional and efficient. I got my new glasses a few days later and they were perfect. She personally called me to let me know they were in. Dr. Mike is great! He was right about my brain being tuned to a bifocal line. I can clearly see with them now. Also, want to add that I have been seeing them for years and this was the first and only issue I have had. So Thank you Danville Eye Center.
