Took my Dad in for a checkup. He is 83 and has dementia. Once we established that, things were much easier. They were very patient with him. He actually enjoyed himself and teased the Dr a bit because she looks so young. Overall a pleasant well informed visit. For us that’s always a blessing! I would definitely go back and recommend this office for anyone needing eye care.
Everyone here is very polite, friendly and professional. Campbell was thorough and efficient with my pre exam. Dr. Peterson was also very thorough and professional. I’m sorry I don’t recall the young lady who helped me picked frames. She was also kind and helpful. Great staff all the way around!
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they were able to get me in with a very minimal wait time and the doctor was very thorough and made sure to explain her findings. Would definitely recommend this office in the future
Highly impressed! This was my first appointment with Dr. Tackett and it was a wonderful, smooth appointment. She ended up finding a hole in my retina and got me into a specialist the very next day. The staff is friendly and professional. Our entire family will be at this office!
The location in liberty Kentucky is staffed with excellent people they provide high-quality exams and prescription glasses. Even after you’ve got your glasses they go out of their way to help you. Special thanks to Megan. And thank all the staff at the Liberty location you do a great job.
