Clean place, Very nice, An respectful. My kids an I have been going to Dr. Jordan for 3-4 years now. He will definitely take care of you. An explain to you what's the causing of your eye care. He does take medicare an other insurance. Just call an see, If yours are the one they accept. Always he has a variety of glasses to choice choose from. He also Hayes transition glasses, where your blazes can tent as soon as you go outside and turn back to normal when you go inside I love it.

I brought my foster son in to fill a prescription for eyeglasses from another optometrist. I’ve had difficulty finding someone who would take our specific Medicaid, but when I called to inquire the staff was extremely professional, friendly, and beyond helpful. We dropped in without an appointment and were seen almost immediately. The lovely lady helped my foster son pick out his glasses, explained everything, and took care of the whole process. Very pleasing experience all around.

I had the worst customer experience because I took a chair (that was sitting against the wall in an empty room) into the crowded reception area to sit on while I waited to see the doctor! The receptionist empathized with my concerns and actively listened to me all while being interrupted by the staff member in question. I was not speaking to this person and she kept inserting herself into our conversation. The receptionist had to ask this individual to stop interrupting me and leave the room. It pains me to write this unfavorable review but at no point did the office manager or doctor approach me about my concern. This was my third visit and will be my last. I prefer an office where I am respected, appreciated and my concerns are addressed properly.

Took my son here for glasses, and it was great! The staff where so sweet and we got seen quick. Dr.Jordan was nice and very informative.

I love Dr. Jordan. I have been going to him for years. Yes his office may be a little out of date but he does a great job. He may be but ole school but he makes sure you get what you need. So who cares how the office looks as long as it is clean. The bathroom is clean and the doctor gets the job done.
