Horrible customer service, the lady at the front is extremly rude and dry, lacking experiece to deal with new customer in a. Kidn and generous way. She failed at learning why i walked in, whether was for me or for a family member. When asked about the designer glasses she daid thing are done by appointment and that the designer glasses arent sold if you dont have a prescription. When asked if the office had a business card she turned her back walked away and said we dont have one, I hardly could hear her and I asked "im sorry do you not have one?" And she responded rudely infront of her patient "don't have one" - Total failure at being a kind and invoting person. I do not recommend, as if this is how they treat a new patient how incompentant they may be with habdling your insurance/copayments. She didn't know I was there to look for a new eye doctor for my wife while visiting a new business we are opening. Smh...

Extremely Disrespectful Phone Experience I called to book an appointment with an eye doctor for my parents. I spoke politely and respectfully, and when I started spelling out their names clearly, the receptionist laughed in a mocking and inappropriate way. When I asked why she was laughing, she said, “You don’t know how to speak,” and continued to laugh in a very unprofessional and offensive manner. This experience was not only disappointing it felt deeply disrespectful and borderline discriminatory. A medical facility should be a place of compassion and dignity, starting from the moment someone picks up the phone. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the clinic and the doctor it represents. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to treat every patient or caller regardless of their background or accent with basic human decency.

Dr. David Lee is extremely thorough and very professional and calm. My family and I have used him 20+ years and greatly appreciate his services, and his wife Suzette who runs the small office is sweet, knowledge and helpful. Will always go back to them!

My spouse and I are based overseas with the military and VSP plan ensured us that when we got our new glasses with them, adjustments can be made with any VSP provider back in the states and that the provider can still bill for that service. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and rude when I stopped by to inquire about this service, laughing in my face. I reiterated that this was stated by VSP in both writing and verbally. Horrible.

I came for the first time today. I had such a nice experience with the receptionist who handled my million questions on the phone, and whom I seen in person and was really kind. The Dr. was very kind, and thorough with my eye care, and very descriptive with the condition I just found out about today! I wish I would have found them sooner!!!!
