Dr. was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough during my 3 year old eye exam. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and organized, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor.
Davis Eyecare is FANTASTIC! Dr. Patel is very thorough and is very patient answering questions. All of the employees are welcoming. The owner, Jason Davis is AWESOME!!! He knows my frame preference and always helps me make a final decision on a beautiful pair!
I love Davis.. the whole family and employees are great. I left to try other places and I keep coming back to them. They work with Medicaid with a great selection of glasses. I've even had other eye insurance and they took those as well and work within your budget. They don't chimp on eye tests either.
My experience was not good at Davis Eye Care on 95th. I initially went in for an exam and the the Doctor. that cared for me was Dr. Cherie Hemsworth. I felt the process was a bit aggressive which left me feeling uneasy. Fast fwd til now, it's been over 3 weeks and my eye has been red from irritation per the exam. I did not have this issue until after my session with Dr. Hemsworth. I went back to see Dr. Davis and he gave me eye drops for the red eye yet it doesn't treat the problem. I had to go to urgent care and was treated wish steroids to put in my eye for 7-10 days and then I have to see an Opthalmologist. Walking around with an blood shot eye is embarrassing at work and the drops only bhelp for an hour or so. I cannot explain the anger and frustration I am going through at the moment from this. I plan to take further action, but wanted to express my current situation on this platform. Dr. Davis was nice, however, I would not recommend this eye care establishment. I have left my name with the staff several times and no one has contacted me back. Very unprofessional.
