Everyone is always very friendly and attentive here, they have a wonderful staff that make you feel welcome and answer any questions or concerns you might have. Dr. Gahagan is awesome, she was super friendly and personable and made me feel comfortable.
I went here based on online reviews. And let me tell you, they were right.... Davison Road Optical is outstanding!! I could not be happier! Amazing experience from the moment I scheduled an appointment online. The process was quick and easy. Great reminder texts. Then when I walked in the door, the true outstanding experience began. Every staff member was friendly, professional, very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful! Dr. Snyder took the time to explain things to me and make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. He went above and beyond in my opinion with helping me with an issue I'm having... never once discounting my concerns and making the resolution easy for me There was a team of folks that assisted me in selecting new glasses, which was such a huge help because everyone knows how difficult it is to pick glasses on your own! I felt valued in every way. No pressure, very reasonable prices, and amazing experience. Thank you Davison Road Optical! My only regret... I forgot to ask the Great Dane dog's name. 😞❤️
I enjoyed my visit at Davison Road Optical. Dr Snyder was very kind and thorough. I can tell that he really cares about his patients quality of life. His staff are equally kind and efficient. I highly recommend his practice.
I am very happy with Davison Road Optical! I usually get my routine eye exams there and have to book in advance for them. But on Dec. 30th, during the Christmas holidays, Dr. Snyder took me the same day when I was having an issue with one of my eyes. He was very thorough in his exam and diagnostic tests. He spent quite a bit of time with me to give me both an accurate diagnosis and some peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr. Duane Snyder! He is a very good and compassionate doctor.
Pleased with all my tests today. Staff was Wonderful. Just disappointed that my new Vision Insurance isn’t accepted but still very pleased. I have gone to Davison Road Optical and am very happy 😃 with them. Highly recommended 👍
