The staff are friendly, but the issue I continously run into is, the staff is not knowledgeable about my vision insurance, which is very common. They can't answer my questions, or are unable to interpret my plan, I don't know what exactly the issue is, but I am switching to Moses.

You're a person not a file here, they listen to your concerns and don't rush you through the process. A refreshing change from the national chain versions. Never again, I'm overjoyed with the experience and outcome. When it's time for the next pair, I will be back!

The place was great. They were setting up a new system(which the website appointment set up is amazing) the doctor was great and the staff helping me get through with glasses/payment were very nice
