My daughter had an appointment at the beginning of July. Her appointment was scheduled for 2:50 p.m. We arrived at 2:20 p.m., signed in, and waited. Around 2:50, one of the receptionists came out and announced that they were running about an hour behind and that we could reschedule if we wanted. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option for me because I had already taken time off work and didn't want to miss another day. We were finally called back at 3:50. Dr. Underwood and the staff in the back were very kind, professional, and provided excellent care. I truly appreciated their service. The problems started when we went to the optical department. My daughter picked out her glasses, but the employee helping us was unable to process our insurance. She told me she would have someone else handle it. I called the next day, Friday afternoon, and she said it still hadn't been processed. I waited until the following Tuesday to call again but couldn't get anyone to answer. I chose not to leave a message because previous messages had not been returned. On Wednesday morning, I stopped by in person on my way to another appointment, only to find that the paperwork still had not been processed. I also learned that the employee who had been assisting us wasn't even part of the regular optical staff. Between the long wait for the appointment, the delays in the optical department, and the rude interactions I experienced there, I've decided not to return. It's disappointing because Dr. Underwood and the clinical staff were excellent, but the overall experience, especially in optical, outweighed the positives.

Great service! The staff is almost always welcoming & they listen. Dr. Marshall-Underwood is amazing! She's been my doctor for a decade & she is very down to earth, pays attention to what you say and educate you on her findings & about eye care. Job well done staff. A big shout out to their trainee Dsani (probably spelled wrong) you did a great job & were spot on. Can't wait to see you flourish in the field!
I saw Dr. Doyle urgently on Monday, July 20, 2026. They got me in within a couple hours of my call. All of the staff were wonderful. Everything was clean and pleasant. I waited only a few minutes. I had poked my eye with a fingernail and my hurt so much. The staff got me comfortable and after a quick check, numbed my eye. Dr. Doyle came moments later, examined my eyes, diagnosed corneal abrasion and ordered antibiotic drops and ointment and recommended gel hydration drops for in between. Follow up was scheduled quickly and I was on my way.
I want to say thank you to Jessica and Katina for going over and beyond to help my daughter who had very bad vision. They personally stepped away from their morning to go through and make sure her glasses were in today. They were so kind and patient with us. This is a great representation of awesome customer service. HUGE THANKS TO YOU GUYS and your staff.
Everyone there is super nice and helpful. The. Only thing that bothers me, (maybe everyone else may not be) is musical rooms/waiting areas. Why are we being dragged around to different rooms before we see the Dr.? It's especially annoying/difficult when you are handicapped. Why can't we wait in the first room we are taken to? Isn't that extra cleaning when each patient leaves? Other than that, all is good.
