Dr. Soungmin Cho, MD is wonderful. He is kind, understanding and good at explaining things. He took the time to answer my questions with a smile and never acted rushed. The surgery went well and my eyesight improved right away. The staff is kind and friendly and the surgery center was also kind and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Cho.
We went in to get eye exam for my daughter to get prescription for glasses and contact lenses. Unfortunately, the person doing the contact lenses exam was not available so we only got the glasses prescription and scheduled us to return to finish the contact lense exam. When we returned, they charged us again for the exam fee. We've been to plenty of optometrists and this is the first time we were charged separately for both glasses and contact lense prescription. Yeah, you won't see my family there anymore. How ridiculous. To be impartial, the optician and front staff were friendly.
Dr. Narvaez was very good eye surgeon and very nice and religious. The staffs are nice and friendly. They take good care of you. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you everyone, you guys are rock!
Excellent, service, care and made sure all the tests needed were done to get the best results for my eye surgery. I wished I knew about them before I had my first eye surgery. I would recommend Delta Eye Medical Group to everyone needing any type of eye care.
I am very happy with Dr. Navarre. And have been for many years. Also the nurses and receptionist are awesome as well. Sometimes the wait times are too long. So far I have been able to be understanding about that around 90% of the time.
