I’ve been consistently impressed with this Sam's Club location in Central Park. Every time I visit, the organizational work on the aisles and shelves is topnotch, it makes finding exactly what I need so much more efficient. A few highlights that keep me coming back are , the Meat Department, The meat quality here is truly the best. I’ve never been disappointed with the freshness or the selection. Garden & Outdoor are also a plus, They have fantastic items for the patio and garden at very affordable prices. It’s definitely the go-to spot for seasonal upgrades. New plants, new outdoor items, and products. Cleanliness, obviously the cleaning crew are very good and neat, The store is well maintained and feels very orderly, even during busier hours. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a seamless shopping experience and great value!

I am extremely disappointed with the cake your bakery prepared for my son’s first birthday. The execution appears rushed and falls well below the standard I expected. The edible image was misaligned, there are visible air bubbles throughout the photo, and the surface still appears wet. For such an important milestone, this level of quality is unacceptable.

I’ve been to a lot of Sam’s Clubs over the years, and this one is top two interesting experiences The biggest issue was trying to get help. There were employees around, but finding someone who could actually assist us was surprisingly difficult. We were buying two automotive batteries after the auto center had already closed for the day. We finally found an employee and explained that we just had a question about the core charge and whether we could return our old batteries at the register or if we’d have to come back another day. He seemed to understand and even acted like he was checking the system before telling us, “Why don’t you just go to the tire center? They’re open until 7.” I laughed and told him they had already closed at 6. He looked surprised and said, “Oh, they did?” At that point, I just bought the batteries, loaded my old ones back into the truck, and decided I’d deal with the core returns when I got back to Fort Worth. The next day I happened to be back in the area, so I called ahead to avoid another wasted trip. The employee who answered informed me that this location doesn’t even have a tire and battery center. After everything I’d been told the day before, that was pretty frustrating. I ended up hauling both battery cores all the way back to Fort Worth and returning them there instead. The entire experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. A little product knowledge and better communication would have saved customers a lot of unnecessary time and frustration. They get two stars because they didn’t have the actual batteries that I needed

After a long wait in the customer service line, (it was Sunday), Fabian and Liz were a great help to myself and the other customers waiting for their turn. They did not fret, they did not act stressed, they simply helped each individual with professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Fabian & Liz!! Peg

Sam's Club is a membership-based warehouse store that offers bulk products at competitive prices, making it a popular choice for families and small businesses. The store carries a wide variety of items, including groceries, electronics, home goods, and seasonal products, all in larger quantities that often provide good value for money. One of the main advantages is the savings on bulk purchases, along with additional perks like fuel stations, pharmacy services, and online ordering with curbside pickup at many locations. The shopping experience is generally efficient, with wide aisles and self-checkout options that help speed things up. A downside is the required membership fee, which may not be ideal for occasional shoppers. Stores can also get busy during peak hours, leading to longer checkout times. Overall, Sam’s Club is a strong option for cost-conscious shoppers who regularly buy in bulk and want convenience along with savings.
