I know this location has a 3.1 rating, so I can’t speak for everyone’s experience, but mine was truly great. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and care. The front desk representative, Dominiqueka, was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Her caring attitude really helped make what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier. The entire medical team was amazing. The nurses and Nurse Practitioner, Danielle Ragsdale, were all supportive, attentive, and genuinely caring. I felt listened to and well taken care of, and I’m already starting to feel better. Based on this experience, I’ve decided to make Danielle my primary care provider. One thing I really appreciated was having a pharmacy right in the same building. It made picking up my prescription so convenient, and the pharmacist was just as kind and knowledgeable. I’ve been going through a difficult time recently and was honestly afraid to seek care because I don’t currently have health insurance. But this experience completely changed that for me. I’m so grateful I found this clinic. I no longer feel anxious about going to the doctor when I’m sick, and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit.

Vision Center- I paid extra for high index lenses for my eyeglasses and they are very blurry. This was a total waste of money and time. I now have to pay again somewhere else to have this done correctly and clearly for my prescription. These blurry glasses could potentially cause medical issues. They do not care about delivering a poor quality product to the patient...... no accountability whatsoever. They do not know what they are doing and can only seem to get glasses prescription right on very cheap plastic lenses. Nasty attitudes.
This clinic feels very disorganized. While in the lobby, security staff were discussing personal matters loudly enough for everyone to hear. A lab staff member was also spending time at the front despite there being no patients. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and kind; however, the nurses in the back were unfriendly and unprofessional. The appointment itself felt rushed. I truly like the pediatrician, but based on this experience, I’ve already begun looking for a new pediatrician for my son, as I don’t feel comfortable returning to this clinic. This was only one visit, but the overall service was very poor. (Being with this same pediatrician for 8 years and leaving is a HARD decision)
Extremely unprofessional and very lazy. They want you to do their jobs for them. I went months without my medicine because they refuse to call fill out & follow up with my insurance on a PA form. They don’t answer the phone. When my insurance tried to send them the form (after I called) their fax number was listed wrong. I’ve watch the front desk attendant scoff at a potential patient. Just all around Poor service.
I was prescribed an incorrect medication that has no generic equivalent and costs $816. When I requested a more affordable, non-time-release version of the same medication (which costs only $16), Dr. Bouchette refused to rewrite the prescription. Instead, he suggested I purchase over-the-counter Aleve if I couldn’t afford the original prescription. I left feeling disappointed and undervalued as a patient. The care I received did not reflect the professionalism or compassion one should expect from a medical provider. I cannot recommend this clinic or Dr. Bouchette to anyone seeking attentive, quality care. Avoid this practice if you value your time and money.
