I had an excellent experience with dr. Keating. From the moment I arrived, the Desai office staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Keating was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and intelligent. His expertise and genuine concern for his patients were evident throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find a practice that combines exceptional medical care with such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this ophthalmologist and their wonderful team to anyone seeking high-quality eye care.

Exceptional and Thorough Care! Dr. Keating is absolutely wonderful. Him and his staff were thorough during my exam and took the time to explain complex details about my eyes in a way that is easy to understand. I learned so much about my eye health that other doctors have never broken down for me before. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Desai Eye Care, and it was an impressive one. Dr. Keating has been my opthomologist for the past 5 years at another clinic before he joined Desai Eye Care. As usual, Dr. Keating was wonderful in his explanation of findings and future actions to ensure best results for my vision. Courtney was my technician and she, as well, was great with her explanations of equipment and procedures in the execution of her duties. The entire staff at Desai was a pleasure with which to deal. Overall, I had a very good experience in my first visit.

First time patient. Lobby was crowded upon arrival, however the wait was minimal. Once taken to the exam room, things moved very quickly. I was very pleased with Dr. Keating, his thoroughness, his knowledge, and his pleasant personality. I have no complaints and am happy I chose him and this office.

Excellent experience at Desai Eye Care with Dr. Anu Gupta Desai and Dr. Emily Prouet. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient from check-in to checkout. Both doctors took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which is rare these days. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and providing high-quality eye care. Highly recommend to anyone in the Lafayette area looking for an eye doctor.
