Every pair of glasses I have purchased here have the same issue. Pay for antiscratch coating, dont pay for it, doesnt matter, after a year or so the lenses look like spiders web or "crackle" pattern. They claim I used a cleaner that destroys the finish. I purchased 3 pairs of glasses at the same time and all 3 suddenly have the same pattern. 1 pair has never been cleaned or worn. The claimed warranty on the glasses is more like a junkyards promise. If you have a problem bring it in and we'll swap parts around until your completely unsatisfied! Com' on back now ya hear! $300 a pair glasses should not have these kinds of issues. The Dr seems to be pretty good. But the others are a bit of an issue.

I went to the doctor to update my lenses. After that, with the new prescription I order a new glasses with my own frame (which I paid really expensive). After one week, they called me saying that they broke my frame, and according the policy, since the frame was not bought there, the store don’t do any kind of reimbursement. Unbelievable!! It was a fancy Italian frame!

I have spent over $1,000 here, they messed up my order three times and don't seem to care to make it right! I have a feeling I'll have to get a attorney involved! Don't recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Albrecht and his team are great. My wife, kids and I have been seeing him for years. Definitely recommend!
