This has to be one of the most reliable places to get prescription glasses. After visiting multiple optical stores, I finally found this one - and I'm glad I did. I already had a pair of prescription lenses, but the frame had broken and needed to be replaced. The team helped me find a suitable frame that only required minor adjustments and slight reshaping of the lenses to fit perfectly. The entire process took just a few minutes and was completed at a very reasonable price. This will definitely be my go-to optical shop from now on. What deserves a special mention? They quickly understood my requirement and provided an effective solution. Their selection of frames is extensive, with options to suit every style and budget. What could be better? Nothing. They are doing everything right.

I had a great experience at Steinway Eye Care! PJ helped me to custom design a pair of eyeglasses that were just what I wanted. She even made a few mock up pairs to give me options. My glasses were ready within one week. I found the prices to be reasonable and all the staff was friendly.

my whole family has been coming here for over 6 years. my mom comes in with an eye emergency, with an appointment, 9 minutes late because of train delays. she even called to warn them of her tiny delay. all she needed was a quick consultation and she was rudely ignored and sent out. do better. communicate better. tell your patients what’s up and set them up with a new appointment…nicely…your entire operation is dependent on relationships and building trust and your staff is not about that unfortunately :) see you never you just lost 9 loyal patients. have a wonderful memorial weekend!

I had a great experience at Steinway Eye Care! Beatriz was incredibly helpful and patient in helping me choose an amazing pair of glasses that fit perfectly. Dr. Lin was also fantastic—thorough, friendly, and professional during my exam. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be coming back next year for my annual check-up!
