This was my first time at Vision Source, and I’m incredibly impressed! I easily got an appointment within a week and loved that I could complete all forms and upload my ID and insurance online beforehand. Because of that, check-in was a breeze. The receptionist was very kind, and I barely waited at all before the technician took me back for tests. Dr. Morris gave me a very thorough exam and answered all my questions. Afterward, Pete was fantastic—incredibly professional and friendly as he broke down my insurance coverage and navigated me through their impressive selection of glasses. Fast, efficient, and excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Third time STILL a charm!! Brought my girls here for glasses, very warm, professional and the doctor himself, very explanatory!!! He explained everything to a “t”. So I too decided to get serviced , made appointment and same thing, “front of the house amazing, back exceptionally awesome”. I have never encounter such a ridiculous phone call . I called to SCHEDULE an appointment for my daughter because we missed her January appointment. Number one the receptionist didn’t give me her name so unprofessional by the way. The next part gets better. She said I can’t make an appointment due to how the system works. If you miss an appointment you have to walk in to see if they’ll see you. Which doesn’t make sense. I won’t be bringing my child or recommend this place ever again to my friends. God forbid you miss ONE APPOINTMENT. You’ll have to drive down there to be seen as a walk in and that “if” that happens… what you need to do is practice customer service, some empathy ,and better phone etiquette….
