Vicky was amazing and was able to get me a new pair of eye glasses in under an hour. I had just recently lost my only pair and when she heard I would be without any glasses for two weeks (initial turnaround time estimate) she and her manager were able to get me my pair within an hour. Me (and my eyes) thank you guys for the amazing service!
While I usually don't bother to look for glasses in the mall, especially on a Saturday, I am so happy my 75 year old mother and I walked into this location, as Trish provided the best customer service we have had in a while. My mother found the perfect pair of glasses and Trish patiently adjusted my own, which clearly had a battle while I lay sleeping. I so thankful for her help and will make sure this is a stop for the both of us from now on.
