Easy breezy and fun! The staff had such a great energy, very warm and welcoming. I was a new patient, called Ona Friday and was able to snag an appointment for Monday. Dr. Tran was efficient and thorough. She explained the small things making sure I was clear on my choices and the logic behind her professional opinion. I was assisted in the process for selecting glasses that were covered by insurance; very quick, painless, and professional. I was also given the price options for ordering contact lenses. Also the decor is cute, plentiful free 90-minute parking in back lot, limited paid parking in front. Retuned to pick up glasses, they adjusted the fit and me test them out before leaving. Finally, a nice establishment with great customer service that accepts my Medi-Cal. Thanks!!!

The staff at Diamond Vision isn' has always been very friendly and they make you feel like your family. All the staff is very knowledgeable and the customer service is top-notch. I will recommend this place to anyone. You take your kids from toddler all the way up to your great grandmother.And they will care for them like they're their own family members.I love the staff at Diamond Vision. They also don't try to sell you something you don't need.And that's the best part.

I just want to express how truly satisfied I am with the care I received from Dr. Tran. Her level of professionalism is exceptional, and it’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does. She takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and makes you feel comfortable and cared for at every step. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated. I’m very impressed and grateful to have been under her care.

My eye exam at Diamond Vision Optometry was great. Dr. Kao Wu is excellent! She takes the time with each aspect of the exam, thoroughly explains and answer all your questions. The office staff is really nice and helpful. There is a wonderful selection of eyewear to select from and the staff is was patient with me as I took the time to select my eyeglasses.

Dr. Tran is a great provider who spends plenty of time with you getting to know you and answering questions. I never felt rushed. The staff are also very friendly and patient when helping you pick out your glasses. I appreciated that they helped me find more affordable versions of some of the prettier glasses I found in the designer cases.
