Dr. Dianne Brown is Awesome! I've been going to her for probably at least 10 years. She absolutely knows what she is doing. I've been to eye doctors in Rochester, Logansport and Kokomo and she is the only one that has ever explained to me what is wrong with my eyes. She is very knowledgeable, professional, very thorough and so kind. Her girls in the office are so great and go above and beyond to help you....They are all the BEST!!

I went in for an eye exam and a contact lense exam. The front desk lady took my glasses to get their prescription. While the doctor did my test I noticed the prescription from my glasses was wrong. She double checked and it was wrong. Then the doctor started talking about getting new lenses for my glasses. I told her I wasn't there for glasses and was there for contact lenses. They were able to do the test even when she wasn't aware of it. Later I tried on the daily contacts they suggested but my right eye felt wrong. I didn't think too much of it and figured it was just taking longer to adjust to my eye. Once everything was done the receptionist consulted with her coworkers over my bill. Then she told me I owed over $70. I informed her my insurance covered $120 for contact lense exam and the lenses. Then she said something along the lines that if I used it then I wouldn't get as many contact lenses. She never asked if that's what I wanted. She chose for me. After that I only paid the copay of $10. I went to pick up my daughter looked at the contact lense boxes and realized the side that had been bothering me had an expiration date of 2020. I drove back. Went inside and told the receptionist that a box was expired. I tried to get the box out of the bag and she told me, "Give me that." So I gave her the whole bag. Of all the things she could say that's what she went with. She came back out gave me the bag and that was it.
Dr. Brown is kind, professional and very knowledgeable.. I have been seeing her for years and she has taken very good care of my eye health
